Many SMEs postpone their web project for one simple reason: budget. The SME Packages Digital programme from the Ministry of the Economy changes that calculation: for a digital project between EUR 3,000 and 25,000 excluding VAT, the state reimburses your company 70% of eligible costs, up to EUR 17,500 in aid. Slash acts as a provider: you choose the project, we deliver it, your company receives the subsidy after completion. It all starts with a free pre-analysis at the House of Entrepreneurship, which confirms your eligibility.

Choose package and provider
You define the project and select your provider. This is where Slash.lu produces the programme-compliant quote.

Aid application
The dossier is completed with the adviser's support and submitted to the Ministry of the Economy.

Approval
The ministry reviews the application and grants the aid. The project can then start.

Delivery

Who is eligible for the SME Packages?
The programme targets SMEs established in Luxembourg holding a business permit, according to the criteria set by the Ministry of the Economy. Your company's eligibility is confirmed during the free pre-analysis at the House of Entrepreneurship (Chamber of Commerce) or the Chamber of Skilled Trades, that's the first step, with no commitment.
Which projects does the Digital package cover?
The Digital packages cover in particular website creation or redesign, online sales (e-commerce) and digital marketing, for a project between EUR 3,000 and 25,000 excluding VAT. The exact scope is defined with the adviser when the dossier is prepared.
How does the application work in practice?
Three steps before the project: a free pre-analysis at the House of Entrepreneurship, the choice of package and provider, then the aid application completed with the adviser's support and submitted to the Ministry of the Economy. Once the aid is granted, the project starts. We supply the quote and project description in the format the programme expects.
When is the aid paid out?
After the project is delivered and the final evaluation meeting has taken place, your company is reimbursed 70% of eligible costs. The aid is paid to your company, not to the provider, against settled invoices.
Does Slash.lu handle the application for me?
The application is carried by your company, supported by the House of Entrepreneurship adviser, that's how the programme works. On our side, we prepare everything that depends on the provider: a compliant quote, a detailed project description, the timeline and the technical elements requested. The decision to grant the aid rests with the Ministry of the Economy.
Which companies are eligible for the SME Packages?
The central criterion is a valid business permit (autorisation d'établissement) issued by the Ministry of the Economy, for an SME established in Luxembourg. Final eligibility is confirmed during the free pre-analysis at the House of Entrepreneurship: the adviser checks your situation and defines the eligible costs of your project.
