Website for shops in Luxembourg, to bring customers through your door and sell online.
Fashion boutique, concept store, bookshop, florist, interiors or bike shop: your customers check online whether you are open and have what they are looking for before they make the trip. A good shop website shows your products and new arrivals, keeps opening hours accurate and lets people buy, reserve an item or give a gift card, even when the shop is closed.

What your customers type
How your customers look for a shop on Google.
They type a product, an idea or a town, rarely the name of the shop:
- concept store Luxembourg City
- home decor shop Esch-sur-Alzette
- bike shop Bertrange
- florist Dudelange delivery
- gift card shop Luxembourg
- librairie Luxembourg
Your website and your Google listing need to answer these searches, product by product and town by town.
The problem
Your customers look online before they walk in.
Before coming, they check whether you are open, whether the item is in stock and where to park. If Google Maps shows the wrong hours, or there is no website at all, they turn to a big chain or order elsewhere online.
Instagram is great for showing new arrivals, but it rarely appears when someone types “shop + town” into Google, and it does not sell at 10 pm. A website of your own does both: it brings people into the shop and sells while you are closed.

How we work
A website made for your shop, not for a chain.
We start from what you sell, who your customers are and the questions they ask on the phone. Then we decide together: a simple showcase, click & collect or a full online shop. No catalogue of a thousand products if your customers mainly come for your advice.
We guide you on product photos, polish your Google Business Profile and show you how to add a new arrival in a few minutes. If you wish, we also handle the follow-up every month, around the key moments of the year such as back to school or Christmas.
Discover our website and online shop design and our Google Maps and Google Ads support. While you are at the till, an AI chat assistant can answer common questions about opening hours, pick-up or delivery. Your shop may be eligible for the SME Packages Digital, including for an online shop project: aid covering 70% of eligible costs, subject to eligibility.
Frequently asked questions about shop websites.
Straight answers, before we even talk.
How much does a website for a shop cost in Luxembourg?
Every website is custom-built, so there is no fixed price: the budget depends mainly on online selling, the number of products and languages. You receive a clear quote after a first conversation. Your shop may also benefit from the SME Packages Digital (70% of eligible costs, subject to eligibility).
Do I need a full online shop?
Not necessarily. For some shops, a showcase of key products with click & collect is enough. For others, selling online with delivery makes real sense. We talk it through based on your products, your stock and your time.
How do I manage stock between the shop and the website?
It depends on your till system. With some, stock can update automatically. Otherwise, we set up a simple routine suited to the number of items you sell online. We look at your current tool before suggesting anything.
How long until my website is ready?
Between 2 and 8 weeks on average. A showcase website goes live faster than an online shop, whose timeline depends mainly on the number of products and on preparing the photos.
